Police Record

Whether a Lebanese citizen is starting a new job, enrolling in university or applying for a travel visa, he may have to submit along with the required documents, a copy of his police record. The Police Record is an official document issued by the Internal Security Forces in Lebanon listing any criminal records of the applicant, including arrest, conviction, and criminal proceedings.

OMT offers customers the benefits of proximity and convenience: in three easy steps, Lebanese citizens can request and receive their Judicial Police Record through more than 1,400 OMT locations across Lebanon.

To request your Judicial Police Record through OMT:

  1. Visit the nearest OMT location, and provide the Agent with your Lebanese ID or Individual Civil Status Record (valid for 6 months).


  2. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive your Transaction Number and the Security Code via SMS.

  3. Visit the same OMT Agent with your Lebanese ID or Individual Civil Status Record (valid for 6 months), your Transaction Number and the Security Code.        


Note: A minor's Judicial Police Record can be requested by his guardian by providing:
1- The guardian's ID or Individual Civil Status Record;
2- The minor's ID or Individual Civil Status Record.
